Delivery LADY ANNA
01-02-2012: Wijnne Barends from Delfzijl took delivery of the first Sea-River Liner 3700 , mv 'Lady Anna', from Groningen Shipyard. The vessel was delivered after succesful seatrials last week. The trials proved the possibility of powering and manoeuvring a 3700 dwt MPC vessel with only one 749 kW main engine. The design of the vessel is fuel efficient and believed to be todays best economical solution for short sea shipping. Below picture shows the vessel at the homeport of Delfzijl.
